-Where can I find the Airport Express schedule?

Airport Express does not have a schedule, the car meets customers at the airport between 09:00 and 21:30. It runs every 25 minutes.

-Where does Airport Express depart from at the airport?

Right in front of the arrivals door

-What is the difference between Airport Express and Santa's Express?

Airport Express meets customers at the airport and Santa Express runs a circular route between the railway station - city center - Santa Park - Santa's Village and the airport.

-Where can I buy a ticket for the car?

You can buy a ticket online or directly from the driver

-Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?

No, you can also buy it in the car.

-Can I pay by card in the car.

Yes, you can. Most credit cards are accepted as payment.

-Do I need to reserve a seat?

Seats cannot be reserved in advance.

-What do I do if I forgot my bag in the car?

Go first to the stop where you left off, when the next car arrives you will be contacted by the driver who can inquire about what happened.

-Where can I inquire about lost and found items?

Contact us by email at airportexpress@hotmail.fi . The office responds to messages Mon-Fri between 09:00 and 15:00.

-Where can I find out which stop I should go to?

You can see the stops in the route description and Google Maps shows the more specific stop.

-Why do I have to add an address when buying a ticket when I live somewhere other than Finland?

The online store requires this information at the time of purchase, but we do not collect customers' address information for us.

-Is it possible to cancel a ticket that has already been purchased?

It is not possible to cancel, but please note that the ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
