Terms of Service

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of bus tickets through the online store operated by Airport Express Rovaniemi Oy, 0872307-8. By purchasing a ticket from our online store, the customer accepts these terms.

3. Customer

The customer must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT (where applicable).

Accepted payment methods: [e.g., online banking, credit card, MobilePay].

Tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase and will not be delivered without payment.

4.1 Payment Service Provider
 
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically (by email / to the customer’s online account / to a mobile application).

The ticket must be presented when boarding the bus, either as a printed copy or from a mobile device.

Tickets are personal unless otherwise stated.


6. Ticket Use

A ticket entitles the holder to travel on the specified route and date.

The customer must keep the ticket during the journey and present it to the driver or inspector upon request.

Lost or used tickets will not be refunded.


7. Cancellations and Changes

The right to cancel bus tickets may be limited under consumer protection law, as tickets are tied to a specific service at a specific time. Therefore, the standard 14-day cancellation right may not apply.

If schedules or routes change due to reasons caused by Airport Express, the customer will be offered an equivalent trip or a ticket refund.

Customer-requested changes to tickets may be possible for an additional fee, subject to the company’s policies.


8. Liability

Airport Express is not responsible for delays or missed journeys caused by the customer, unless the delay is due to the company.

Liability is limited to the price of the ticket.


9. Privacy

Customer data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The privacy policy is available at [link to privacy policy].

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes should primarily be resolved through negotiation. Customers may also submit disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
