Quality promise

Liikenne Lakkapää gives its customers a quality promise in accordance with Section 48 of the Public Transport Act.

1. Transport services provided

Liikenne Lakkapää offers passenger transport services professionally, reliably and with a customer service spirit.

1.1 We currently operate in the Lahti area in school transport and service transport.

We offer charter transport services throughout Finland, of course not forgetting trips to other parts of Europe. In charter transport, our values are customer service professionalism and customer service spirit, as well as safe and high-quality equipment.

2. Information about services and their changes and cancellations

We inform customers about our services on our website and directly by email and telephone.

3. Tickets in use and their prices

As a company that mainly offers charter transport and school transport, we do not currently have travel tickets in use.

4. Information and membership in ticket systems

We inform our customers through our website and Facebook pages. You can also get information about our company through them. We also update our Facebook pages with pictures of many of our great charter trips.

5. Vehicles in use

Vehicles in use, their possible low floor and equipment that makes it easier to get into the car.

5.1. Age and equipment level

We currently have three handsome large buses in use for charter traffic. The buses are model years -13, -11 and -04, all of which are well-liked charter buses. We have just increased our fleet of charter traffic buses with new 16-23-seat, well-equipped Euro 6 minibuses. Now it is possible to travel with a smaller group. In school transport and service traffic, most of our vehicles are Euro 6 class minibuses. It's a pleasure to work with good tools!

5.2. Environmental friendliness and maintenance

As transport operators, we want to invest particularly heavily in environmental friendliness. Our long-term goal is to invest more and more in environmental friendliness. Currently, 5/7 of our school buses comply with the Euro 6 standard. The remaining two also meet the Euro 5 standard. The fleet is always renewed where possible. The environmental load is also affected by the drivers' driving habits.

We also want to invest in proactive driving and driver training.

We can also have a small impact on environmental impacts through maintenance. Our cars are regularly serviced and the drivers are responsible for checking their vehicles every time they set off. The cleanliness and comfort of the car are particularly important to us. Our charter buses are always cleaned and washed after each charter, so that the next customers always receive a clean and tidy car. In school transport and service transport, we have also paid special attention to the cleanliness of the vehicles. Children's shoes easily get sand and snow on them, but a quick sweep can get the vehicle in perfect condition in no time. And you can do that even in a short space of time! School buses also have a more comprehensive cleaning every week.

6. Customer satisfaction and its measurement

We constantly monitor our customers' satisfaction by asking them in person or via email. Sometimes we can conduct a customer satisfaction survey during the trip using customer satisfaction forms. You can always learn something new from them! We often receive feedback via email, phone and to our drivers, which is a good basis for building an overall picture of customer satisfaction.

7. Complaints

We take complaints about our company, customer service and our fleet very seriously. Complaints are always handled personally with the driver who was driving, and any shortcomings/problems are addressed immediately.

8. Accessible services

Our drivers are service-oriented and are happy to help if the customer needs help, for example getting into the car. All our buses have grab handles on the door sills to make getting on easier. We also have three minibuses with a total of five wheelchair spaces. For those using a rollator, a wheelchair lift is also a good aid for getting into the car.
